Payment Policy

- Deposit: 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.

- Balance: The remaining balance must be paid on the departure day.

Cancellation Policy

- Deposits are non-refundable and agreed upon at the time of booking.

- 30–15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

- 14–7 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

- Less than 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Children’s Policy

- Children aged 5–10 years old:

- 75% of the tour price (includes one meal and one seat, sharing a bed with accompanying adults).

- Each pair of adults is allowed to bring one child aged 5–10 years. Additional children must purchase the tour at 100% of the price.

- Children under 5 years old:

- Free of charge (limited to one child per two adults).

- Additional children under 5 years old must purchase the tour at 75% of the price.

- Transportation: Modern, comfortable seated vehicle.

- Tour Guide: Knowledgeable Vietnamese-speaking guide with expertise in regional history and culture, providing dedicated service throughout the journey.

- Domestic Travel Insurance: Coverage with a maximum compensation of 30,000,000 VND per incident.

- Travel Kit : Includes a cold towel and bottled water.

- VAT: 8%

- Personal Expenses: Any food and beverage costs not included in the program.

- Additional Services: Laundry, and gratuities for the tour guide.
